Loudspeakers
Rega came late to loudspeakers and only on its own terms: no wood veneer, no advertising budget, the money spent on the cabinet and the drivers instead. There are two. The compact Kyte is moulded in phenolic resin and braced inside with ceramic plates, voiced to be the speaker of a Rega system. The floorstanding Aya took ten years and a cabinet cast from glass-reinforced cement. Both use Rega's own handmade drive units.
